Permix powder liquid mixers are able to create vacuum at its stator-rotor system, and suck the powder from a bigbag, barrel or any other container into the stator-rotor system, where the powder is dispersed into the liquid as soon as they are get in contact with each other. Since the powder is wetted part by part in a continual way, no lumps or agglomerates are formed.

Permix inline powder mixer allows it to be installed easily into any existing processing pipeline system without rebuilding a new one. This saves a lot in cost while improves the processing efficiency greatly.

The usual processing of an inline powder handling machine is batch operation with circulations to achieve a very fine and homogeneous mixture. However, in some cases it is also used to process powder and liquid continuously in an one-pass way, with separate powder and liquid dosing systems at the inlets to keep accurate powder/liquid proportion, and another inline high shear mixer afterward.
