Powder Wetting Machine

After years of R&D activities, Permix has developed the new generation powder handing and wetting inline machine with a unique stator-rotor system inside.

With an improved suction capacity, a vacuum up to 25mbar is possible to achieved, and powder can be sucked fast into the chamber and get mixed quickly as soon as they get touch with each other. This almost excludes the possibility of unwanted lumps and agglomerates. Besides, the suction of Permix powder handling machine is so powerful that it is able to suck not only the light powder such as milk and sugar, but also heavy one like powder with mental solids.

An optional second stage of teeth stator-rotor system is available when circulation is required in order to get a finer and homogeneous mixture of the powder and liquid. With the extra stator-rotor, there is no need to install additional inline homogenizer after the Permix powder handling machine.
