Shear Pump

A shear pump is working with a stator-rotor system to achieve special functions of dispersing, homogenizing solid and liquid materials, in order to produce emulsions and suspensions.

A shear pump is also called inline shear mixer. It works in a way of continuous processing.

Permix offers different types of shear pumps to meet all your need:

- One-, two-, three- and multi- rings of single stator-rotor system

- One-, two-, three- and multi- stage of stator-rotor systems

- Single and double mechanical seals are optional.

- Carbon steel, 304 ss and 316L ss are optional.

- Different sanitary grades (General/Hygienic/Aseptic) are optional to meet different sanitary requirement in different industries.
