Jet Agitator

The Permix jet flow agitator is an ideal combination of macro and micro mixing functions.

A deflector tube is fixed around the rotor; both powder and liquid from the top of the tube will first be drawn into the rotor when it is rotating quickly, get mixed and sheared in the tube, and finally be pushed out through it from the bottom into the vessel. This generates a great circulation (macro mixing) in the vessel, and dead zone will be avoided. Meanwhile, because of the deflector tube, all the energy of the shaft is limited within it; therefore the powder and liquid are subject to very intensive force in the tube, leading to good micro mixing.
