Permix is proud to announce that we’ve developed this very compact and integrated pilot system for R&D of new daily care products such as toothpaste, cream and shampoo. The total system is installed on a trolley and can be moved flexibly to save your space!

This system has its capacity ranging from 10L to 50L. We can also design tailor-made system for specific requirements.

This system is made up of:

- Vacuum mixing system (tank, stirrers, vacuum pump, etc.)

- Temperature maintenance system (water/oil bath)

- Inline homogenizer & emulsifier

- Pump for material transportation and circulation

- Electric control system
