Batch Shear Mixer

Permix batch shear mixers work with a stator-rotor system. Different materials are drawn into the stator-rotor system and get milled and mixed there, and then pushed out back into the tank. Circulations of the processing is formed due to the special design of the stator-rotor system, thus materials in every corner of the tank can be homogenized.

Installation and Set-up:

A mixer is used with a vessel. Different installation methods are required due to different kinds of vessels. Permix offers the following types of mixers to meet every demand:

- Top entry, open vessel

- Top entry, closed vessel

- Side entry

- Bottom entry
